We provide home delivery to most Ottawa neighborhoods on a weekly basis. If your area is not listed below, please contact us to confirm your availability and schedule. 

Orleans/Ottawa South/Downtown
Wednesday mornings
 
Bells Corner/Kanata/Barrhaven
Westboro/Nepean/Barrhaven 
Monday & Friday mornings

We require orders & payment to be received by 1pm 2(TWO) day before your delivery day. 

ex. A household in Kanata needs to send and email before 2pm Sunday to receive their order Tuesday morning.
