We provide home delivery to most Ottawa neighbourhoods on a weekly basis. If your area is not listed below, please contact us to confirm your availability and schedule.

Orleans/Ottawa South - Wednesday morning

Arnprior/Kanata/Constance Bay - Thursday morning

Westboro/Nepean/Barrhaven - Friday morning

We require emails to be received by 2pm on the Tuesday/Thursday BEFORE your delivery day. 

​

ex. A household in Kanata needs to send and email before 2pm Tuesday to receive their Thursday morning order.
